The increasingly regular beer festivals held at
the Smithfield Hotel & Bar are legendary!
The main event of the year falls in January
when there are at least 60 ales to choose from
over the course of three days. A huge amount
of these fine ales will be brand new to the
market; complete one offs or from breweries
who are just launching their virgin ale!
Throughout the rest of the year there are mini
festivals celebrating various days and beers
from paricular areas such as the St Andrews
Day festival that hosts beers from all over
