The Smithfield Hotel & Bar is renowned quite
literally throughout the UK for the real ale it serves.
We acquire our ales from micro breweries chosen
from the length and breadth of the UK and Ireland
rather than using the larger, more recognised
main suppliers of ‘bitter’.
Just as the breweries we use take great pride in
what they create, we in turn compliment that by
making sure the beers are given enough time to
air and settle so we can achieve the perfect pint
when it comes through our traditional hand pumps.
